How do you sell a time share that you are making payments on?
Hey, so my mom lives in vancouver went down to las vegas in october and bought a time share at 500 a month. She realized she cannot afford it. How does she go about trying to get rid of it? Please Help...thanks

For those of you who own/have owned time shares...?
I'm working on a writing project fiction , and I have a couple of quick questions regarding time share condos.1 Do you keep the key to the condo, or does someone let you in when you show up? How does that work?2 How do you arrange the schedule? Is there a website for it or something?Basically, I'm trying to figure out a way for a " mistake" to happen, so that two people families show up at the condo for the same week. It can either be an error on the part of the time share association or whatever you call it , or one of the people can mistakenly show up on the wrong week in which case I need to make sure they have a key or a way to get in .Thanks
How can you get rid of a time share without getting ripped off?
My parents got duped into buying a timeshare they couldn't afford. Now some other company Club Class Concierge if anyone is familiar are telling them that they have to get a 16,000 loan to pay off the balance to the original company and then arrange for the new company to get rid of the maintenance fee. Surely there is a better way to get out of this? Any advice would be greatly appreciated, this is causing some serious stress and upset.
Has anyone had any dealings with Premier Time Share or Executive Time share?
My in laws are trying to sell there time share that is in Escondido, Ca. She has become totally blind and he is suffering from Alzeimers 2nd stage , they have only used it once in the past 5plus years, these two companies have offered to help. One company for no cost only from the buyer and the other company a flat $250, and a percentage from the sale itself, has anyone heard of anything from these two companies?
